Community partners and volunteers can submit an interest form to explore outreach opportunities in their area.
03.Health Education Outreach
CTS teams deliver practical health education focused on disease prevention, wellness, hygiene, and informed healthcare decisions. Outreach is adapted to local needs and delivered in partnership with churches, community leaders, schools, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals. Organizations and volunteers can connect with CTS to support upcoming education and prevention initiatives.
